1. Before sending the product to our warehouse,
please fill out the product information on a Google spreadsheet.
Required product information is
SKU, ASIN code, product name (English),
product name (Japanese), quantity, product unit price, actual weight, and dimensional weight.
2.After receiving the product, we will check the delivery.
We will contact you if there is an excess or deficiency.
3.The customer will select the product and
give shipping instructions.
When giving shipping instructions,
you will need to specify the product to be shipped, whether or not to attach a label (for a fee), and the destination
If you wish to add a label,
you will need to send the label data in PDF format.
If you are in the US or Canada area,
it is also possible to send it to a company other than Amazon.
4.After labeling and packaging, we will inform you of the number of boxes and an estimate.
5.The customer will make a deposit.
6. Notification of shipping & tracking number
If you are on the Gold Plan or higher, you
can also ship without waiting for payment.
Please let us know in advance.
In that case, we will charge you at a later date.
