  2.  Our company is not a party to sales contracts regarding products with e-commerce businesses. Our company is not responsible for any product defects, intellectual property rights infringement, etc.
  3.  Our company is not a party to the transportation contract for products with transportation companies. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by members regarding non-delivery, delays, damage, or other transportation-related damages due to transportation accidents. Members shall grant the Company the authority to conclude transportation contracts in the member's name.
  4.  The EC businesses that can use the forwarding service, the transportation companies that can use the forwarding agency service, the type, size, weight, price, shipping address, and other conditions of the products that can use the forwarding service are within the scope determined by our company. shall be limited to.
  5.  If the delivery of the cargo is canceled once we have received shipping instructions, we will forward the cargo to the address specified by the member by cash on delivery. Additionally, we will not return the item to the e-commerce business.
  6.  If we receive a product with an unknown address, we will store it for a certain period of time and then dispose of it by returning it, disposing of it, or disposing of it by other means. Furthermore, even if a member suffers damage as a result of disposing of such products, the Company shall not be held responsible in any way.
  7.  We will check the contents of letters and documents received from e-commerce businesses without the customer's prior consent. We may also dispose of it at our discretion.

    Member's responsibilities as a shipper

1. When a member entrusts the transportation of products, he or she must order product details for each product through our shipping request system.
2. At the request of the member, we will prepare the cargo waybill and prepare the necessary documents for import/export customs clearance on behalf of the member.
However, the responsibility (shipper's responsibility) lies with the member who made the request. 3. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in the contents of the products, except for the number of products, packing style, and weight listed on the waybill, even if there is a discrepancy between the waybill and the actual product.
4. The member shall be responsible for procedures at government offices regarding the product, and all costs shall be borne by the member.
5. When members entrust the transportation of products to our company, they must check the prohibited products listed below, and confirm in advance that the goods will be cleared for import clearance without any problems with customs regulations in the destination country. Assume that there is.
Please check the regulations with JETRO/Japan External Trade Organization (http://www.jetro.go.jp/indexj.html) etc. in advance. 6. If there is a delay in local customs clearance for cargo shipped overseas, we will not be responsible for any collateral damage.

Prohibited products

Our company cannot be used for the following products.

Transfer service fees and payments

1. The usage fee for the forwarding service is the price list posted on the fee structure page.
The Company may change the usage fee for the forwarding service without prior notice to the members. In the event that customs duties, transportation fees from the Company to the Member, and other expenses other than the transportation fee from the Company to the Member (hereinafter referred to as "Expenses other than transportation charges") are incurred, the Member shall bear the actual costs. shall be done. The Company does not reimburse expenses other than shipping charges on behalf of the member.

Contact for product orders

When using this forwarding service, members must accurately notify the member of the information necessary for shipping the product in accordance with the forwarding service form before the cargo arrives at our designated warehouse.

Inspection

1. The Company may open the product and inspect its contents.
However, our company is not obligated to inspect the product, and the results of the inspection will confirm the quality of the product, the presence or absence of defects, the authenticity of the product, and that it does not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the country of shipment, transit, and destination. is not guaranteed. 2. During the inspection described in the preceding paragraph, if we discover any item that violates or is likely to violate the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds or other laws and regulations, we will report it to the police or other relevant government offices. We will cooperate with the investigation by submitting products.
3. Even if a member suffers damage due to product inspection or other measures stipulated in this article, the Company shall not be held responsible in any way.

Refusal to provide forwarding services

The Company may refuse to provide the Forwarding Service even if the Company has already accepted the provision of the Forwarding Service in the event of any of the reasons set forth below or if there is a risk of such occurrence.

1. When the product is prohibited from using the forwarding service.
2. When the member's location or the shipping address of the product cannot be confirmed.
3. When the consignee refuses to receive the product.
4. When the member refuses to receive the product.

7. When the package is delivered via cash on delivery (cash on delivery)
8. When the company deems it inappropriate otherwise

Disposal of undeliverable goods

If our company receives a product that is prohibited from being shipped through forwarding services, we will immediately return the product, dispose of it, or dispose of it by other means.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the member. Furthermore, even if a member suffers damage as a result of disposing of such products, the Company shall not be held responsible in any way. In addition, if the shipment is not requested for more than one week after arriving at our warehouse, it will be discarded or disposed of by other methods.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the member due to the disposal of the product.

Changes and discontinuation of forwarding services

Our company may change or abolish the contents of the forwarding service at any time without prior notice. The Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantage or damage caused to members due to changes or abolition.

Prohibited acts

1. When using the Transfer Service, Members shall not engage in any act that falls under any of the following items or any act that may be likely to fall under any of the following.
2. Acts of using the transfer service for illegal purposes
3. Infringing intellectual property rights such as trademark rights, copyrights, design rights, patent rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, and other rights of the Company and other third parties Acts

. Acts of illegally using the facilities of our company or other third parties or hindering their operations7

11. Use the packaging materials provided by our company for purposes other than overseas shipping.

About billing weight

In the forwarding service, we will measure the size and weight after packaging, and then bill the member through the system.

We will use our measurement data for the weight billed.

The shipping company will also measure the weight, but please note that even if there is a discrepancy in the weight, the billed weight will not be corrected.

All cargo requested by members will be shipped on the assumption that they have agreed to the following disclaimer.

Governing law and agreed jurisdiction

1. The governing law of the Terms of Use and Individual Terms shall be Japanese law.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Terms of Use or individual terms and conditions,
the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of first instance.

Disclaimer

Regarding cargo compensation

The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by members regarding non-delivery, delays, damage, or other transportation-related damages due to transportation accidents.
If you have any concerns, please have each member individually purchase cargo insurance.
All cargo requested by members
will be shipped assuming that they have agreed to this disclaimer.

If you do not agree to the terms of use,

About compensation

Even if our company is liable for non-performance of obligations for any reason, our liability shall be limited to the extent of damages that would normally occur and to the extent of the amount paid for the paid service (in the case of continuous service, the amount equivalent to one month's worth). shall be responsible for compensation. Our company is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that occur between users and other users or third parties regarding this service.
